On November 11 of this year, in the conference hall of our company, in the city of Tursunzade, the training department, together with the HR Directorate, launched the training of personnel on the values of our company. The 1st group from production was trained and showed good knowledge and high interest in the company’s values, which were recently implemented. Values were considered in the context of corporate culture topics and existing types of employees and their behavior and actions in promoting values. This training will be held weekly and it is planned to train the staff of the entire company on this topic. We hope that following the results of the training, our employees will use the theoretical knowledge gained in practice in order to improve the quality of work in the areas entrusted to them.
