“Your result determines the result of the company” – this is one of the seven values of LLC “Sardor 2008”. The company has a firm understanding that every employee must contribute to achieving the main goal – to become an international company producing food products of impeccable quality. An important factor in effective work is the awareness of each employee about the activities of colleagues, other departments and directorates of the company as a whole.

 It was for this purpose that last Saturday representatives of the sales office of the Rudaki branch visited the production workshops in Tursunzade. The guests got acquainted with the full cycle of production, talked with production workers and received answers to their questions.

“It was important to see and get acquainted with the processes in production,” Alexander Kukhtin, head of the branch, shares his impressions. “We saw how many people are involved in the production of products, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and in controlling the quality of snacks produced. This colossal work is done by a large and friendly team, whose work determines the overall results of the company. We thank them for their conscientious work. We made sure that each of us on the ground does his part of the work, but in the end, the consumer gives us the assessment.
The plan of study tours is calculated until the end of the year, and the company’s production workshops are ready to receive visitors from other regions of the country.
